We adopted a challenging planning history with this project, involving an existing permission which had been quashed at the high court, due to a procedural error by the Local Authority. Through careful design and close consultation we transformed a negative position, into a stunning barn conversaion, including a wonderful heart warming reconcilliation between neighbours.
