Chenery Lodge, Bath

Following the demolition of an existing dilapidated 1950s bungalow, we secured planning permission for a contemporary replacement dwelling. The two storey, twin gabled new build family home provides views to the south and incorporates large vaulted first floor accommodation. The project is under construction and is due for completion Spring 2019.
