A complete house renovation with an ultra contemporary rear extension to provide further primary living space. The challenge was creating more footprint without the existing accommodation becoming dark and uninspiring.

Strategically positioned roof glazing enabled natural light to flood deep into the floor plan. An ‘up and over’ glazed feature, enabled the kitchen to flow into the garden. High quality finishes were installed throughout the transformed property. The attic was converted to rebalance the additional number of bedrooms against the increased ground floor accommodation.

Winner of best extension in the West of England 2019 LABC.
